Shrimp Pilau

• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 to 1 1/2 cups raw rice
• 1 small can tomato sauce
• 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
• enough water to cover rice
• 1 to 1 1/2 lb. chopped shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions:

Simmer until water is about gone; cover and let sit on low burner until cooked.
